As a seasoned executive with 26 years of technical, corporate and entrepreneurial experience, Jo brings outstanding leadership, as well as operations and market knowledge to Triformix. Jo began her career after receiving a PhD in Physical Chemistry from Cornell University and serving as a post-doctoral appointee at Argonne National Laboratories. She spent 22 years at AT&T and Lucent Technologies, where she served as Director of Product Management of the Cross-Connects portfolio in the Optical Networking Group, Director of Product Development and Management of Opto-electronics Products and Director of Manufacturing for Submarine Lightwave Products in the Microelectronics Division, and Director of Business Development in Bell Laboratories. She then moved into critical roles with emerging optical communications start up companies in California as Chief Operating Officer for OptiMight Communications, and then Siros Technologies. As CEO of Triformix, Jo is driving the business to sustained growth by expanding its customer base and building a process-based organization that will work side-by-side with customers to meet the challenges of advanced technology development and high-volume manufacturing of complex products. {Top}

Russ Stiles
Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Best known for his problem-solving skills and innovative solutions to product and tooling design, Russ is broadly recognized as one of the leading technologists in the precision molded optics industry. He began his career developing non-conventional glass optic fabrication techniques and testing methods with Bausch and Lomb. He went on to become the Manager of Engineering and Chief Technologist for the Polymer Optics group at OCLI/JDSU. His unique ability to assure products are designed for manufacturing, coupled with his expertise in metrology and diagnostics, enables Triformix to reduce risk for its customers during product development and production scale-up. {Top}

Tim March
Founder and Chief Operations Officer

With expertise in the design and launch of high volume manufacturing operations, Tim has over 20 years experience in injection molding. Most recently he was General Manager with an industrial injection molding company where he installed a fully automated molding facility capable of unattended production. Previously, he established the first high volume production line for metal injection molding as Manufacturing Manager at Carpenter Technology. After earning a degree in Polymer Science, Tim began his career at Netra Corporation in process engineering and progressed to engineering management. His focus on building quality into all our processes and systems guarantees the customer’s requirements drive our manufacturing organization. {Top}
